If you’ve answered ‘no’ to at least one of those questions, you’re not alone. The majority of Americans are not engaged at their jobs. Essentially, they’re phoning it in. Slogging it out until Friday comes and they can have a little fun and freedom.

This week, we’re chatting with Kerstin Martin, a flight attendant turned web developer. She is a self-proclaimed ‘gypsy’ who floated from job to job with the belief that her true passion was out there for her to find.

At the age of 52, she found it. She started her company doing web design on the SquareSpace platform, and she hasn’t looked back.
