Dear Asian Americans,

You are so worthy of the time, energy, and effort to get to know your deepest self, and you are so worthy of taking into your history, of looking into the mirror, and loving on the features, the nuances of complexities, of what makes you, you. And furthermore, you must do that self work with responsibility because your existence on this earth matters.

And someone out there who's looking at you and the way that you treat yourself, and that is a message for how they might see themselves. So yeah, you're worthy of love.
